Molly she was born in Pennsylvania and began her professional career in Philadelphia at Prince Music Theater at 13 years old in The Snow Queen. The Arden Theater production of Into the Woods in 2002, she was awarded a Barrymore Award for playing Little Red Ridinghood. She went on to reprise her role as Little Red Ridinghood when she made her Broadway debut at the age of 15 in Into the Woods on Broadway in 2002. She was also nominated for a Drama League Award. Molly was also part of the Broadway revival Fiddler on the Roof, in 2004. In 2008, she earned her B.A. from Princeton University. In 2008, she graduated with a B.A. During this time she also made her film debut in Disney The College Road Trip as Wendy Greenhut. After graduating Molly performed in several Off-Broadway productions, including End Days at Ensemble Studio Theater as well as in a few productions on television, such as Royal Pains and an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly has appeared in regional productions like The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee as part of Barrington Stage Company's and The North Shore Music Theater's production of 2008 and the Westport Country Playhouse 2010 production of The Diary of Anne Frank where she played Anne. Molly's most notable role is in Paranormal Activity 2 (2010) where she plays Ali the 17-year-old daughter. Molly also appeared in Last Man Standing (an ABC comedy written by and starring Tim Allen) and Jack Burditt's The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in 2008.
